We process and dispatch orders Monday to Friday 8.00am – 5.00pm

UK Orders

We aim to dispatch all UK orders within 48 hours of receiving the order. Due to the fact that the products we sell at Boggle Hole are all handmade, there might be times when there could be a delay in dispatching your goods, if you need your order to arrive by a certain date, please email us or contact us via our contact page and we will advise when your order will be dispatched. We always aim for the highest customer satisfaction!

UK Delivery

Delivery will be via Standard UK Royal Mail 1^st Class within UK Mainland. Delivery is aimed to arrive within 3 – 5 working days, however the delivery times stated by Royal Mail are based on estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Items will be delivered to the address given by the customer. We cannot accept responsibility for items that are sent to the wrong address if this is what has been provided.

International orders

We are more than happy to ship to international customers and shipping costs can be quoted by email at info@boggleholeyorkshire.co.uk

Please note: In some instances local customs or duty charges may apply and will be required to be paid additionally by the customer upon arrival of the goods.
